Will Calderon


Will Calderon is originally from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and grew up in Columbus, Ohio. He graduated with a B.A. in Public Administration in 2011 from Miami (OH) University. Mr. Calderon was also a member and captain of the Miami Redhawks football team.

After receiving his J.D. in 2015 from Michigan State University College of Law, Mr. Calderon arrived in the Bryan-College Station area to work for the Brazos County District Attorney’s Office. As a prosecutor, he handled many criminal cases and represented the State of Texas in more than a dozen felony jury trials.

Mr. Calderon also possesses experience in immigration law. He has successfully represented clients in removal proceedings against the Department of Homeland Security in Houston, Texas.  His knowledge of the immigration law system, along with his Spanish fluency, enable him to guide and assist those applying for naturalization, permanent residency, and even those faced with possible deportation.
