Bio
Born and raised in the Brazos Valley, Hutton Ask brings a unique blend of hometown knowledge and legal expertise to his role as a criminal defense attorney. After graduating from Bryan High School and Texas A&M University, Ask studied at the St. Mary's University School of Law, where he championed the rights of the underprivileged while gaining invaluable courtroom experience.
After graduation and becoming licensed by the State Bar of Texas, Hutton’s prosecutorial stint with the Brazos County Attorney's Office provided him with an insider's view of the legal system, equipping him to effectively navigate both sides of the courtroom. He tackled a diverse range of cases, from drug offenses to violent crime and theft, but developing a particular mastery of Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) prosecutions.
Driven by a commitment to staying ahead of the curve, Hutton stays abreast of the latest legal and scientific developments in DWI cases. He delves deep into gas chromatography analysis and Intoxilyzer 9000 operations, ensuring his clients benefit from the most cutting-edge defense strategies.
